13 Days of Mercy, September 8 -21, 2017

In 2011 Mercy Elizabeth was welcomed into the world by her parents, siblings ,several family members and many friends.  Mercy was able to be home from the hospital on hospice care. Though she lived for only 13 days, her brief life impacted many. Each year Mercy’s Life is celebrated by family and friends in giving & sharing with others in Mercy’s name. Join TeamMercy each day for a new challenge and idea for sharing #MercyEverywhere.

North Texas Giving Day, Sept 14, 2017

TeamMercy, A Memory Grows, M.E.N.D., and Holy Sews DFW will be hosting an International Wave of Light Ceremony in Ft. Worth and Irving.

Hear from other parents who have endured the loss of a child. Light a candle and remember the littlest ones. Program begins at 6:30pm, Lighting of Candles at 7:00pm.

TeamMercy at the Outback in the Ozark, Oct. 27 & 28, 2017

Beginning around 6:00am Friday morning 12 runners and several support crew will begin a 200 mile journey. A test of endurance and fortitude. Each mile will be dedicated to a sibling set, where at least one sibling has passed. We run in honor of the living siblings and in memory of the passed. To register your sibling set click here. 5th Annual Mercy Run: Sibling Rivalry, November 4, 2017

The Mercy Run 2017 is called SIBLING RIVALRY because it is a competition for the same objective: supporting siblings after loss. We all want to help children. And we all have a sibling of some sort – sometimes, but not always, blood related. Our challenge to you and your “siblings”  in supporting children after loss by running, walking, raising funds and cheering on others. Children’s Grief Awareness Day, November 16

Children’s Grief Awareness Day is designed to help us all become more aware of the needs of grieving children — and of the benefits they obtain through the support of others. Children’s Grief Awareness Day is an opportunity to make sure that grieving children receive the support they need.

National Sibling Day, April 10

A day created to honor all our brothers and our sisters.
